Welcome to HotDoggo. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to HotDoggo. HotDoggo operates this online store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through the website (collectively, the “Services”).

HotDoggo uses technology provided by Shopify to operate and provide the Services.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the Services.

When an order is placed, it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.

HotDoggo currently processes orders within approximately 2 to 3 business days. Once processed, estimated shipping times are approximately 5 to 11 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond HotDoggo's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

SECTION 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through the Services, including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, videos, product descriptions, and other materials, is owned by HotDoggo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

HotDoggo is not responsible for the content, policies, products, services, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.

HotDoggo uses technology provided by Shopify to operate and provide the Services.

Purchases made through the HotDoggo store are transactions directly between HotDoggo and its customers. Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by HotDoggo or for matters relating to the relationship between HotDoggo and its customers.

Because the Services are operated using Shopify technology and other service providers, certain information may also be processed by those providers as necessary to operate the website, process transactions, and provide related services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless HotDoggo and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
